Terms & Conditions

• Programme Period: 13 December 2024 - 12 June 2025.
• To be eligible for the Velocity Leasing ‘Refer-Drive-Earn’ referral programme, both referrer & referee must fulfil the following criteria:
  • Rent a vehicle from Velocity Leasing with a minimum 24 months contract.
• Payment & Schedule:
  • Payment will be credited to the referrer and referees via e-giro respectively. 
  • The total payout amount will be split into two equal payments within a 12-month period:
    • The first payout will be made within the first six months, and the second payout will be made within the subsequent six months.
• Failure to complete the contract rental period by the referee may result in the clawback of payment that were issued to both the referees and referrers.
• Velocity Leasing Pte Ltd (Velocity Leasing) decisions in any matter in relation to the Referral Program shall be final and conclusive. Velocity Leasing shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-parties for claims or damages or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Referral Program.
• Velocity Leasing reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of these terms and conditions or the referral rewards at any time without any prior notice.
