For New Driver-Partners

For PHV Leasing:

  • Singapore Citizen/PR
  • Valid PDVL/TDVL
  • At least 23 years of age
  • Less than 17 Drivers’ Improvement Points/Demerit Points
  • Driver’s license of at least 1 year

For Consumer/Corporate Leasing:

  • Valid driving license
  • At least 23 years of age

We have a wide range of models for PHV rental to drive on all ride-hailing platforms.

Yes, our cars are VEP & RFID ready and you may drive the car to West Malaysia. Please be reminded to bring the Vehicle log card when driving to Malaysia.

Yes, simply let our sales representative know the details of the additional driver.

Saturday, Sunday: 10:00AM – 2:00PM

We are closed on Public Holidays.

Kindly bring along the following:

  • NRIC
  • Driving License
  • Valid PDVL/TDVL (if applicable)
  • Deposit (payment by NETS or PayNow)

Rental deduction starts on the first day you collect the car. Rental charges are deducted weekly/monthly by GIRO OR paid weekly/monthly by bank transfer/PayNow.

For Existing Driver-Partners

Our dedicated relationship manager will contact you to renew your contract one month before your contract end date.

Yes, you may choose to recontract with your current car or switch to a Brand New car (subject to availability).

Please contact our 24-hour breakdown hotline at 8913 1668 for assistance. You can also find this number on the car’s windscreen decal.

You may terminate the contract at any time subject to the following condition(s):

  • If you have a valid medical certification stating that you are unfit to continue driving (subject to case by case approval from Velocity Leasing’s Management)
  • Any other cases of termination will result in:
    • Forfeiture of deposit
    • Full rental charges for the remaining period until the end of your rental contract and any incentive/completion bonus paid out during the rental period
A copy of the vehicle logcard will be provided upon car collection. If it’s misplaced, please WhatsApp us at 8356 9999 for a replacement.
