Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Opt in for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) within 7 days after car collection to enjoy Vehicle Damage Waiver (VDW) Shield for FREE.
- Offer is available for both PHV & non-PHV hirers.
- A minimum contract duration of 24 months & above is required.
Coverage
- Coverage provides protection of up to $3,000 for vehicle body damages when the rented vehicle is returned upon contract completion.
- Coverage for VDW Shield is applicable only upon vehicle return after fulfilling the complete contract term.
- The VDW Shield coverage can only be claimed once per contract.
Exclusions
The VDW Shield does not cover:
- Damages resulting from accidents.
- Safety performance-related damages identified during regular servicing.
- Damages that do not meet the Land Transport Authority (LTA) regular inspection requirements.
Opt-Out Policy
Opting out of CDW and/or VDW Shield during the contract period will result in automatic disqualification from the VDW Shield coverage of $3,000 upon vehicle return.
