Terms and Conditions
Campaign Period
- The “Chinese New Year Giveaway” campaign is organised by Velocity Leasing Pte Ltd and runs from 5 Feb – 27 Feb 2026 11:59pm (SGT).
- All entries must be submitted by 27 Feb 2026 at 11:59pm (SGT). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
Eligibility & Participation
- Participation in the Giveaway is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions and any instructions provided by Velocity Leasing through its official channels.
- Participants may increase their chances of winning by completing a test drive of the vehicle.
- Test drive appointment bookings without attendance (no-shows) will not be counted.
- To be eligible for an additional two chances in the draw, participants must complete a test drive of the vehicle. Appointment bookings without attendance (no-shows) will not count, and any chances earned prior to the missed appointment will remain unchanged.
Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected through the following method:
- Entries will be drawn from the total pool of entries
- Winners for the prizes will be selected at random from the pool of entries
- Results will be announced on 5 Mar 2026 via Velocity Leasing’s official social media channels.
Prize & Redemption
- Velocity Leasing Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant and/or forfeit any prize if found ineligible for the Giveaway, this includes:
- The use of multiple accounts or usernames is strictly prohibited. Any winner found using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
- If a winner is subsequently found to have used multiple accounts, the prize will be forfeited.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Winners must claim their prize within the timeframe specified by Velocity Leasing. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Velocity Leasing shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in the giveaway, test drives, or the use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Velocity Leasing is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, platform errors, or other problems that may result in entries being lost, delayed, incomplete, or not properly recorded.
- Velocity Leasing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. All decisions made by Velocity Leasing in relation to the Giveaway are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained.
